Contact Data: Including your residential address, work address, email address and telephone numbers;

Identity Data: Including your first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title; “Website User

Data: We collect data to provide and improve our services. This includes Account Details (logins), Transaction History (bookings and co-traveller info), and Technical Data (IP and usage habits). We also use Marketing Preferences and Social Media Info to personalise your experience. If you use our Visa or Forex services, we securely handle necessary documents like passports and financial statements as required by law.

While you make a booking:

We may use your Personal Information available with us to ease your booking process. This information may include all the data provided by you earlier, i.e. contact data. We may also use the information of travellers list as available in or linked with your account. This information is presented to the User at the time of making a booking to enable you to complete your bookings expeditiously.

 In order to provide products or services requested by you, we may share your personal data with our suppliers and other third parties concerning your travel arrangements, including but not limited to airlines, accommodation providers and insurance providers. In most cases such suppliers will themselves separately be controllers of your personal data.

When you book or register with us, we will ask if you would like to receive marketing communications. If you have previously agreed to receive marketing communications, we may send you relevant offers and news about our products.

You can change your marketing preferences by contacting us using the details set out below, by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in our marketing emails, by replying STOP to our marketing text messages or by replying UNSUBSCRIBE / STOP to our WhatsApp marketing messages.

(A) Identity Data

This includes data relating specifically to your identity, such as your first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, gender, passport details and utility bill.

(B) Contact Data

This includes data relating to how you may be contacted, such as your billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers, emergency contact details and next of kin contact details.

(C) Financial Data

This includes data relating to your means and methods of payment, such as your bank account details to set up direct debits, payment card details and source of funds.

(D) Transaction Data

This includes data relating to the transactions you have carried out with us, such as details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

(E) Technical Data

This includes data that we may obtain when you interact with our website or app, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website.

This includes the data that we receive when you create a profile on our website and/or app, make use of that profile and other data relating to the products and services you have purchased from us, such as your username and password, unique reference(s), booking reference(s), purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

(G) Usage Data

This includes data relating to how you interact with our website and/or app, products and services.

(H) Marketing and Communications Data

This includes data relating to your preferences in relation to whether or not you want to receive marketing information from us and/or our third parties and also your communication preferences.

We use Aggregated Data (like general stats or demographics) to help us understand how people use our website. Because this data is anonymous, it isn't legally considered personal info. However, if we ever combine it with details that could identify you, we’ll treat it with the same high level of protection as your personal data.

 

Safeguarding Policy

·         We have a comprehensive Safeguarding Policy, and the policy applies to all colleagues and apprentices. A copy is available on our internal hub website and available upon request.

·         The welfare of our colleagues and apprentices is our top priority.

·         Concerns are handled with sensitivity, confidentiality and in line with legal obligations.

·         All colleagues and apprentices must follow the safeguarding policy and report concerns to the Safeguarding Team in accordance with the policy.

·         The Safeguarding Lead oversees the safeguarding policy and manages the support provided following referrals made.

·         If you have a safeguarding concern this is to be reported to the Safeguarding Team immediately. In an emergency, and out of hours the emergency services should be contacted as a priority.

·         Safeguarding and Prevent training are provided to all colleagues. The Safeguarding Team have designated safeguarding lead training and are given refresher training in line with the safeguarding policy.

·         The Safeguarding Policy is reviewed annually and updated to ensure it is compliant.

 

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements. This ensures we can resolve future issues such as processing credits for cancelled trips while protecting against fraud and legal liability. In accordance with our retention policy and applicable laws, some information may be kept after our formal relationship ends to meet these obligations. Additionally, we may anonymize your data for long-term research or statistical analysis, at which point it can no longer be linked to you and may be used indefinitely.
