Please note that once a package is confirmed, it is non-refundable. We kindly advise that no refunds can be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Any requests for cancellation or modification should be submitted in writing via email. These will take effect from the time of receipt.
Kindly note that TheHolidayMasters does not provide visa processing services; we recommend checking with your local embassy for all entry requirements before booking.
To ensure you are fully protected, please be aware that travel insurance is not included, and we strongly suggest arranging your own comprehensive cover.
