Terms and Conditions

• Once the package is booked cannot be cancelled
• If cancelled no money will be paid back.
• Any amendments or changes will be an extra cost.
• The Holiday Masters will not be issuing any Visa for your holiday, so please check your local embassy before booking the holiday.
• The Holiday Masters does not provide travel insurance for any of the holidays.
• Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent in writing, by email and will take effect at the time we receive it. Make sure you have received written confirmation of any changes to your reservation before traveling. While we will try to help, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met. Modifications and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the reservation conditions of the Provider / Principal of their Arrangements. 
• The Provider / Principal may charge the cancellation or modification charges shown in their booking conditions (which may be up to 100% of the cost of the Arrangements and which will normally increase closer to the departure date). Please note that some Suppliers / Principals do not allow changes and, therefore, cancellation charges will apply.

• Old Town Harbour, Lanzarote – Old Town Harbour in Puerto del Carmen offers a charming blend of fishing traditions, waterfront dining, and scenic views. It’s perfect for strolling, enjoying seafood, and watching boats.
• Montaña Roja, Lanzarote – It is a striking volcanic cone near Playa Blanca, offering scenic hiking trails and panoramic views of Lanzarote’s southern coast. The red-hued slopes are especially stunning at sunset.
• Los Hervideros, Lanzarote – Los Hervideros is a dramatic coastal area where volcanic cliffs meet the crashing Atlantic waves. Natural caves and blowholes create a powerful and mesmerising spectacle.
• Playa del Duque, Tenerife – Playa del Duque is a golden-sand beach in Costa Adeje, known for its calm waters, luxury surroundings, and upscale dining. It’s perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.
