- Travel insurance is not included. Customers are strongly advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance coverage.
- Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent by email and will take effect upon receipt. Customers should ensure they receive written confirmation of any changes to their reservation before travelling.
- While every effort will be made to assist with changes, modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Such requests are subject to the reservation conditions of the Provider or Principal of the travel arrangements.
