Cancellation Policy
    • Once a package is confirmed, it is non refundable. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.
    • Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing by email and will take effect from the time they are received.
    • TheHolidayMasters does not provide visa processing services. Customers are advised to check with their local embassy for all entry requirements before booking.
    • Travel insurance is not included. Customers are strongly advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance coverage.
    • Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent by email and will take effect upon receipt. Customers should ensure they receive written confirmation of any changes to their reservation before travelling.
    • While every effort will be made to assist with changes, modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Such requests are subject to the reservation conditions of the Provider or Principal of the travel arrangements.
    • The Provider or Principal may apply cancellation or modification charges as outlined in their booking conditions. These charges may be up to 100 percent of the total cost of the arrangements and generally increase closer to the departure date.
